I hope the site takes off.

For almost 8 years, I struggled with GNHosting Ltd (formally Goulnet) for my caretakers website. The site was down more than it was up and they became completely uncontactable toward the end. They didn't provide customers with an email address or phone number in the later years and totally relied on a ticket system. The tickets would go unanswered time and time again until eventually I cancelled my account and moved my site over to Zen.

Boy, I could have done with a site like this where I could turn for help!

So far under Zen's care, I haven't looked back. My site has been fast and 98% reliable. A recent upgrade should make sure things are future proof. Zen sure know how to look after customers. I have found them readily contactable and although they are a tad expensive, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them as a host.

I'm on their Gold Package Mark

It works out at £14.09 a month with VAT which I don't think is bad at all. As you may remember, I use Zen as my ISP now and I was so impressed with how they treated me as a customers, I decided to move my main Caretakers Website over to them too.

I also use my free Zen web space for a demoscene demo movie site. I've not had any issues regarding bandwidth useage as I know all those movies must use a bit.

I'm very pleased with Zen.
