"It is with deep sadness we have to inform you that for reasons beyond our control Ghoulnet Ltd has ceased trading. What follows in this email is details on what will happen to your domain and hosting and what you need to do."
Now for those of you who were unfortunate enough to have had accounts and domains registered with Ghoulnet and GNHosting and for the many that experienced serious disruption like I did in the last 2 years....this will be welcome as now there is finally communication and in my case.....I have finally gotten back control of my domains into a single account that I can manage...hurray!!
After a full year with no response to URGENT support tickets and emails...and trading with no Telephone number, my experience was frustrating as within that period I lost domains and my clients websites, ....fortunately I was able to migrate to a proper hosting company and dropped many domains in the process.
Now during that frustrating time I went overhead to the Domain company Enom who supplied to Ghoulnet.only to be told to contact Karl Gray of GNHosting/Ghoulnet.
"We have passed control of our domain accounts to Ezee Internet Limited who will assist you in one of the following ways."
"Ezee Internet Ltd . If we can be of any further assistance please don't hesitate to get back to me.
With Regards Karl Gray"
Is this the same Karl Gray that allowed so many people to suffer in silence?
Well.....are you going to trust the same people to manage your hosting and domains after the farce many users had to deal with in the past years??
I wouldnt trust Ezee Internet for anything.....Karl Gray shouldnt be trusted with any hosting company again.

I agree fully with the previous reviewer - I was also with them for about 8 years. I have spent weeks trying to get problems fixed, receiving no response whatsoever. I lost biz emails and my website and when I decided enough was enough, they failed to cooperate in the domain transfer, forcing me to go to higher authority.
When I happily and finally waved goodbye, I still had received no reply to my urgent tickets - nearly 10 weeks after the first one was lodged!

I used GNHosting (formally Goulnet) for 8 years. They were pretty good in the early years with cheap shared hosting packages and reasonable support. But toward the later couple of years, their support really suffered.
They stopped publishing a phone number for customer support on their site and did away with answering email support requests (due to spam). They introduced a ticket system which worked initially, but soon became very hit and miss whether your ticket ever got answered.
The servers often suffered from security issues and GNHosting failed to restore my site from back-ups 4 times. This meant I had to completely rebuild and set up my site from scratch.
Then, despite initial promises that new servers would make things more reliable, it proved to be just the opposite. My site became unavailable more than it was available. Eventually, enough was enough and I gave up giving them any more chances to get it right.
