After I read the last reviewer I thought I'd try NetHosted, that was just over a month ago and I've been nothing but impressed!

My previous hosts weren't the best either, but these guys are refreshing, they do business the way it should be done. Always polite and helpful, and they reply to tickets almost instantly.

I'd recommend them to anyone who wants great hosting with great support!

My previous host, 1&1, were simply terrible at support, any time I had an issue it took days to get a response, and even when I did it often wasn't helpful anyway.

I'd been looking around for a new host and found a lot of recommendations for NetHosted, people seemed to have only positive to say about them on thinkbroadband and their customer testimonials is full of glowing reviews, so I thought I'd give them a go.

Wow! The difference was like night and day. After I signed up my account was up and running within 10 minutes, I had a question about webmail so I thought I'd see what their support is like, I had a reply within 2 minutes!! I've since been with them 6 months and their service has been faultless. I've occasionally had a query and every time they have responded within 30 minutes without fail, a human response too not just a standard copy/paste.

I'm so happy with them, best hosting choice I've made.
