They don't give you want they advertised or promised.
When u insisted to get your domain out from them, they ask u to pay them or they will close all your account with them without a word.
No refund, your domain name stuck with them.
They don't response to you, unless u give them the money they want from u. Which is more than the cost of the domain name.
