UK2
We have several domains and website with UK2. The website hosting side seems to work very well and the sites are fast, but UK2 is let down by their Network Admins. A couple of times in the past couple of months they have applied bulk updates to the DNS records that have overwritten existing records and have broken our email redirection. We also had one of our sites moved to another server and the DNS update took around 10 days to go through despite several emails and eventually a phone call to their 2nd line support team.
Support emails may or may not get answered in my experience. Getting through to the support phone line requires extreme patience!
I guess if you have basic requirements then they are OK, but anything slightly different (even though they give you the tools to do this) can be flakey.
