Summary: Can't Stand Them

Poor support is so frustrating. In my experience you'll wait at least a day to get any critical issue resolved, or worse still, you'll get asked a question instead of a fix. It's the most frustrating experience. The first line support guys do their best, are polite etc etc, but you don't need that, you just need resolution.

I've found alot of their bolt on services/group companies also poor, especially their affiliate system Aff.Biz.

Also, whilst they appear cheap to begin with, prices will increase year on year, especially for reseller accounts.

Personally, I am looking to move away, but as yet, I do not know who to go with. Getting the balance right with cost/support is critical for me, and it seems you get what you pay for with UK2. Cheap, and packed with features, but poor support, and frustratingly difficult processes for moving away.
