I transfered my site over to Zen about a year ago. The support from Zen was fantastic from the start. After a check by Zen that I had set everything up correctly, they took the trouble to email me to ask if I were happy.

I am using their GOLD shared Linux hosting package and my site is fast, responsive and has been available 98% of the time. I joined Zen during the transition of a major upgrade and my site did suffer a couple of outages while things were set up on new servers, otherwise I may have made that score 100%.

Zen have very good customer support and requests get answered very quickly.

Although Zen are not the cheapest host, their prices are reasonable and they offer a good range of packages to choose from. You should easily find one that meets your needs.

Zen offer quite a high quality set of shared hosting packages but they are quite costly in comparison to some of the market leaders. Never the less their Linux shared hosting packages have worked out pretty well for my needs and I’ve had no problems with support.
