Storm Internet

I had heard of lots of big well advertised companies but decided to do lots of research searching for reviews before comitting to a hosting company for my site. I know very little about hosting so appreciated reading what people said.

Many reviews seemed to comment on being let down by their customer service, down time and high prices and these were three things I knew were going to be important to me.

I found a lot of reviews for Storm Internet and looked at their site, I noticed on their site they had a live chat option to a Sales person. This was a huge help because straight away they came across friendly and polite and never once tried to sell me anything they felt I didn't need.

I went with their Windows ASP standard plan for £29.99. The setup was quick and received emails within an hour to help me set it up. The emails that came through overwelmed me at first but when I read it through all the advice I needed was there and instructions easy to follow.

So far no problems, no downtime, only needed a small bit of help but email support was quick/friendly and my site is growing in popularity and I am very happy to renew.

Anyone not convinced by this company and the reviews think again, as I really don't think you'll regret the move.
