Provided you don't need customer suuport then uk-cheapest can be reasonable but far from perfect. My site suffered downtime a couple of times a year over the last 4 years but their technical support might take  5 days to reply to a ticket, I suspect this is a one man show, with no telephone number to contact at all. I can't take it anymore so I am contracting a new host today. They promise to help but don't seem to know how to fix anything, in fact you end up saying "please, don't touch anything, the last time you moved my site to a new server we had problems for months and some of those problems are still there, 18 months later".

You can find packages about the same price and I bet they would be better.
