123-Reg

Provided you don't need customer support and never want to admin your website from their web-based interface then 123 can be reasonable but far from perfect. My site suffered downtime because they neglected to renew the domains (I could have lost my domain!) and customer support is slow, not to mention unhelpful. They promise to help but don't seem to know how to fix anything.
